For students interested in a more vocational pathway the College offers a range of VET subjects on site, as well as opportunities to train at TAFE and other external providers.
The strength of these programs is evident in the number of employers seeking TRAC students and graduates to add to their business, whether it be local, interstate or overseas.
Each VET qualification can be a first step towards a new job or a new skill, or a pathway to further study.

Workplace Skills
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have not yet entered the workforce, and are developing the necessary skills in preparation for work. They may undertake a variety of simple tasks under close supervision. This qualification provides a range of introductory skills and knowledge to provide individuals with an understanding of the business environment.

Business Services
This course is designed for students who want to learn about different software applications, safety, workplace communication, sustainable work practices and the application of critically thinking skills. Upon completion of this qualification, candidates may work in a range of business related areas Further training can involve a traineeship or or further studies at TAFE, University or other training providers.

Construction
This course provides a pathway to the primary trades in the construction industry with the exception of plumbing. This Certificate II is designed to introduce learners to the construction industry and provide meaningful credit in a construction industry Australian Apprenticeship. The qualification has core units of competency that are required in most Construction Certificate III qualifications. Further training can involve an apprenticeship or further studies at TAFE, University or other training providers.

Manufacturing and Engineering Introduction
This course is designed for students who want the learn about the competencies to work at the basic production operator level in manufacturing, engineering and related industry areas. After achieving this qualification candidates may undertake MEM20105 Certificate II in Metal and Engineering. Further training can involve a traineeship or further studies at TAFE, University or other training providers.
