Parents and Friends Association Incorporated

The P&F is an active and dynamic element of TRAC and over many years has contributed in large part to the school and school community, both socially and financially, and continues to do so. It also provides a valuable conduit between family and school for receiving and discussing information about the school and its activities.

The P & F Association meets on a monthly basis to support the students through organising parent and family social events, fundraising activities and professional development opportunities for staff and parents.

All parents are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

The current office bearers are:
President: Sherry Bartlett sherry.bartlett@ozemail.com.au

Vice President: Noel Thomson noel@noelthomsonarchitecture.com.au

Secretary: Emma Wells emma@farm2foyer.com.au

Treasurer: John Dunn tyb5@bigpnd.com.au

Various Committees within the P & F have been established. These include:

School Community Support Group – suggest, plan, organise a mentor system for new parents of the school community, and to arrange get togethers for the new families.
This committee also in involved in the preparation, compilation and updating of a listing of parents and their phone contact details to be distributed to the parents of the school. (Parents have the option to be included or not).

Finance/Fundraising Committee – suggest, plan, organise fundraising and social activities for the school community.

Constitution Committee – the aim is to review the Constitution and recommend any appropriate changes as required.
All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend meetings and to provide input into discussions held at the meetings.
